Terms
2026
Updated · September 11, 2026
These are the terms you use Twospeed under. Twospeed is a service of Stone Giant Studio, LLC; an agreement with Twospeed is an agreement with Stone Giant Studio, LLC. They are short on purpose: a page nobody finishes is a page nobody agreed to, whatever the checkbox says.
What Twospeed isand what it is not
Twospeed plans strength and running training and keeps the record of what you did. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not monitor you for a condition. Talk to a doctor before you start, and again if something hurts in a way that training should not. You decide what to lift and how far to run; nothing here overrides your own judgement about your own body.
Your accountand keeping it yours
One account, one person. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at hello@twospeed.app if you think someone else is in it and we will help you shut that down. You must be sixteen or older to use Twospeed.
What you agree not to doa short list
Do not break into other people’s accounts or data. Do not scrape, resell, or automate against the service in a way that degrades it for anyone else. Do not upload anything you have no right to upload. That is the whole list; it is not a trap and there is no clever clause under it.
Text messagesnone, and no plan for any
Twospeed does not text you. The app never asks for your phone number, and there is no marketing by text.
Your dataand what we do with it
What Twospeed keeps and why is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. The short version: your training data adjusts your own training and nothing else, and it is never sold.
What we owe youand what we cannot promise
We will keep the service running and your record intact, and we will tell you before anything materially changes. What we cannot promise is that it will never be down, never lose a request, or never have a bug — it is software, and pretending otherwise would be the first untrue sentence on this page. If something goes wrong, write to hello@twospeed.app and a person will answer.
Ending itfrom either side
You can stop using Twospeed whenever you like, and ask us to close your account and delete your data; the privacy policy says what happens then. We would only close an account for the things in the short list above, and we would tell you why.
Changesand how you hear about them
If these terms change, the date under the heading changes with them. Anything that materially alters what you are agreeing to gets an email before it takes effect, not after.
Contacta person, not a form
Questions about any of this: hello@twospeed.app.
